my practice begins with lived experience of chronic migraine and the question of how illustration can give form to what other people cannot see.
i work across illustration and digital content, using images, language and shared experience to explore invisible illness and dynamic disability. the aim is to create recognition for people who are repeatedly asked to explain or justify what they live with.
this website brings together my illustration practice, make invisible illness visible and migraine club. each is a different expression of the same intention: to help hidden experiences feel less solitary and become more widely understood.
